Hello
Hi! I’m Alyssa, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology, as well as Southeastern University with a Masters in Social Work. I have worked in a number of settings including hospitals, nursing homes and homeless shelters. I specialize in working with women in their 20s and 30s who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and people-pleasing patterns.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and truly believe that therapy is most effective when your unique needs, strengths and interests are put first. I strive to make my approach relaxed, comforting, friendly, and most importantly nonjudgmental. In our work together, we will collaborate and come up with the most useful and effective tools that will help you feel better equipped to handle all of life’s challenges. We will work as a team and I will be there for you every step of the way, supporting you as you achieve your goals.

More about me
I grew up near Clearwater, Florida, where I spent most of my days soaking up the sunshine and being by the ocean. More recently, I moved to the Florida Keys, and I’m loving the small-town feel—and even more time on the water.

I’m licensed in Michigan and Pennsylvania, where I still have strong family ties. (Although, I’ll admit, I don’t make too many winter trips back—Florida girl through and through! And yes… Go Birds!)

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me boating, fishing, or, if the weather’s not cooperating, curled up on the couch reading or watching TV. I love connecting with clients over what shows they’re into or the latest book on their nightstand—sometimes our sessions turn into a mini book club for a few minutes!

Above all, I want my clients to feel my authenticity and genuine nature. I’m a real person, here to walk alongside you, and I can’t wait to connect with you on your journey.
